[Al_Abut] I can see the appeal of automated cross-posting if you post a ton, like daily. I’m such a nerd about crafting each post to be unique to each platform though that I stick with manual copypasta instead.

gRegor I like the semi-manual approach. There were times I was doing that for most of my tweets and I think it made me more thoughtful about what I post. I think that's similar with my Mastodon usage now.

[Al_Abut] I’ve been experimenting with boosting my Threads posts on Mastodon because I really like how Threads handles media, but even that depends on whether I’ve used a hashtag or not

gRegor A downside is I'm less conversational on Mastodon since it takes more work. I'm making baby steps, though. :)
