Sadik is a member of PMI and a volunteer chapter lead at PMI Ghana chapter. In 2018, he volunteered as a track co-chair and a volunteer of the 2018 CC Summit Advisory Committee. He is a certified professional at NTEN and currently volunteer in coordinating Wikipedia related projects in Ghana.
