tantek I am looking into both person-tagging UI and tagging in general for posts because I think it may be possible to do both with one UI

tantek yes I am not a fan of the wordpress default tag UI, I'd prefer a simple space separated field you could directly edit instead of a list of tags with close boxes, and an Add button

kylewm oh I hadn't thought of that use case, so that's like you'd upload to S3 and then just post the URL to your micropub endpoint

kylewm i'm doing more like, post the URL to my endpoint, and then it downloads the photo from there and mirrors it locally
