Tweet button is a Twitter-specific "post" webaction.
Why
If you POSSE to Twitter, you may want to also provide a "Tweet" button as a fallback to a "post" webaction on those posts syndicated to Twitter.

- 2015-11-20 Twitter changed the look of Tweet buttons: A new design for Tweet and follow buttons
and removed share counts from Tweet buttons: Clarification about share counts for the new Tweet button[…] the Tweet and follow buttons will switch to a modern, high-contrast design of white text on a dark blue background. This visual refresh updates our button design from 2011.
We're removing share counts from the new Tweet button. The related JSON response will be shut down.
