Microsub bridge

Microsub bridge is a design doc for a Microsub server that bridges to other reader backends. Ryan Barrett wrote it in Feb 2018, then implemented and launched it in July 2018 as Baffle.

Sven Knebel also has a prototype working end to end with Inoreader and Monocle.
