Setup main Etherpad
- figure out problem with etherpad.indiewebcamp:
  Warning: DirtyDB is used. This is fine for testing but not recommended for production. -- To suppress these warning messages change suppressErrorsInPadText to true in your settings.json
  e.g. on http://etherpad.indiewebcamp.com/indiewebcamp-sf
- clone from https://old.etherpad-mozilla.org/indiewebcamp-sf to http://etherpad.indiewebcamp.com/indiewebcamp-sf
