Keybase is an unmaintained GPG key silo acquired by Zoom in 2020, though it does support the rel-me IndieWeb building block, and was used by a few community members.
2020-05-07 : Keybase joins Zoom (archived)
- Keybase team now working on Zoom security instead with no specific plans for Keybase:
Initially, our single top priority is helping to make Zoom even more secure. There are no specific plans for the Keybase app yet. Ultimately Keybase's future is in Zoom's hands, and we'll see where that takes us. Of course, if anything changes about Keybase’s availability, our users will get plenty of notice.

Outage
2014-10-02 DB connection lost
On 2014-10-02 all Keybase profiles and key lookups failed (for minutes? hours?) due to:
Yeah we lost the DB connection in our Web process so all queries were failing. Weird, first time we've seen that bug.[1]
