Feedbin is an open source feed reader written in Ruby that is also available as a paid, hosted service.

It is similar to Google Reader was, but offers a much improved and simplified interface compared to what Google Reader had.

Issues
microformats2 support
Feedbin does not yet support subscribing to home pages marked up with h-feed and h-entry microformats. It has been requested:
- https://github.com/feedbin/feedbin/issues/132
- The Ruby and Node microformats parsers were tested and some problems occurred. The issue was closed on 2015-01-14
