- Welcome to HWC!
- Tak about sweets, mostly chocolate bars. The devide about the Bounty and coconut appeared.
- Mark worked on the GitHub actions for testing the open source version of his site - his site now works on the open source version of it.
- He changed the profile picture to test it.
- Talkng about the code editors, like Visual Studio Code and Jetbrains products like PyCharm. Mark recomends the later. (Sara concurs). James hopes the Zed becomes the next big thing, since it is fasters.

- Sending an email, like and webmention can be too much work or awoke the fears in us, even if the people want these emails

- There is more social steps involved, if somebody wants to remove the content, if it is not on otheir own site
- They can be published at the same time in both sites
- They could be co-write in the same document in a sync way
- Aggregation of responses could be interesting - everybody writting in the same place
- We could do it as the replies (like letter responses) on each sites
